Compatible bearing housings
AGR series bearing inserts cannot be combined with all housings due to the reinforced seal. Specifically, they are designed to be installed in SNR housings of the P, PE, F, FE, FL and FLE series, but they can also be combined with other series.

Where are AGR inserts not recommended?
Although AGR is a highly reliable design, it is not recommended in all situations.
For price-sensitive, low-load applications such as hobby gardens or smaller, low-use machines, a simpler bearing solution may be sufficient.
Also, it is not recommended for very high speed machines. Because of its closed, sealed system, the AGR is not ideal for extremely fast rotary movements – a high precision, open design precision bearing may be a better choice.
