Performance and speed
The IH 125 has an outstanding power output of up to 7.7 kVA and can heat up to 150 kg of workpieces with an internal diameter of 20-400 mm. Most remarkably, it can heat up a 28 kg spherical bearing from 20 °C to 110 °C in less than 3.5 minutes, setting a new benchmark for speed.
Energy efficiency and cost reduction
Traditional heating methods waste a lot of energy, often unnecessarily heating the environment. The IH 125, on the other hand, works in a targeted and fast way, reducing energy consumption and with it electricity bills. Plus, there’s no need to maintain oil baths or replace dangerous gas tanks.
Digital temperature and time control
The IH 125 can be used in two modes: temperature-based or time-based heating. Bearings and other parts are always heated to the exact temperature required – no overheating, no underheating. This is particularly important for preloaded or precision bearings, where overheating can damage the structure or pre-lubrication.
Documentability and traceability
The unit has a built-in USB port, so heating cycle data can be easily saved. This is ideal for larger industrial plants where a maintenance record or ISO-based traceability is important.
Automatic demagnetisation
This is the blind spot of many maintenance engineers: if a bearing becomes magnetically charged during heating, metal particles entering the bearing can damage the raceway. The IH 125 runs an automatic demagnetising cycle at the end of the heating cycle, so this problem is completely eliminated – and no special tool is needed.
Compact yet powerful
From a practical point of view, the 35 kg weight and relatively small footprint means that the IH 125 can be used on the move, even when placed on a maintenance trolley. It can also be used to heat bearings on site in a large production plant, without having to carry the complete machine unit back to the workshop.
